Technische:r Mitgründer:in gesucht: Backend & Data Engineer Wir sind Ben und Franz, Gründer von Baumetric. Baumetric erhebt im Auftrag von Unternehmen aus der Immobilienwirtschaft und großen Kommunen Daten von Bestandsgebäuden vor Ort mit LiDAR, Thermografie, 360° und Drohne. Diese Daten werden von uns verarbeitet und analysiert. Die Analysedaten helfen unseren Kunden, bei Sanierungen und Management ihrer Gebäude bessere Entscheidungen zu treffen und somit Geld einzusparen. Wir sind ein branchenerfahrenes Team und haben in Mitteldeutschland bereits mehrere große Unternehmen und Kommunen als Partner - zur Umsetzung brauchen wir aber noch dich. Du baust als Mitgründer / CTO unsere Datenmodelle, erst als Entwickler:in, perspektivisch als CTO mit eigenem Team. Aufgaben -Du besitzt unsere Technik: Architektur, Datenmodell und Stack-Wahl liegen bei dir -LiDAR-Punktwolken, Wärmebilder, 360°- und Drohnenaufnahmen in einem gemeinsamen Datenmodell zusammenführen -Entwicklung einer automatisierten Pipeline von den Rohdaten bis zum auswertbaren Gebäudemodell -Erste Auswertungen und Kennwerte ableiten, mit denen unsere Partner Sanierungen priorisieren Qualifikation -Du bist im Master, der Promotion (oder hast frisch abgeschlossen) in Informatik bzw. einem vergleichbaren Studiengang oder hast bereits einschlägige Erfahrung -erste Backend-Expertise wünschenswert -Daten-Architekt: Leidenschaft für Datenstrukturen und Pipeline-Design - Punktwolken-/Geodaten-Erfahrung ist ein Plus -Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch - unsere Partner sind regionale Kommunen & Wohnungsunternehmen Benefits -Du wirst gleichberechtigter Teil des Gründerteams: Erhalte Unternehmensanteile, Aussicht auf ein staatliches Gründer-Stipendium (1.000–3.000 €/Monat) -Validierter Markt: mehrere Partner warten auf den Prototyp - du baust für echte Nutzer -Anschluss an öffentliche F&E-Förderung des Bundes (8.
