In enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Gründerteam gestaltest du die Skalierung unserer Plattform in Europa und treibst die Automatisierung unserer Prozesse konsequent voran. Du optimierst unsere Marktplatz-Mechaniken, um das internationale Wachstum effizient zu steuern und unsere Marktposition nachhaltig zu festigen. Das bringst du mit Du verfügst über fundierte Führungserfahrung auf Geschäftsführungsebene und verstehst es, operative Abläufe in einem wachstumsstarken Umfeld zu strukturieren. Deine Hands-on-Mentalität hilft dir dabei, strategische Ziele direkt in messbare Ergebnisse umzusetzen. Zudem bringst du ein starkes analytisches Verständnis sowie Begeisterung für digitale Geschäftsmodelle und die Automobilbranche mit. Das erwartet dich bei uns Dein unbefristeter Arbeitsvertrag umfasst eine wöchentliche Arbeitszeit von 40 Stunden bei einer 6-monatigen Probezeit und 26 Urlaubstagen im Jahr.
