Vos missions Vous rejoignez une équipe réduite et dynamique en tant que Chargé(e) de Communication Digital CDI pour piloter la stratégie digitale globale de TOKIMO. Vous serez responsable de : SEO/SEM/AEO : optimisation moteurs & campagnes Ads HubSpot : automation, emailing, campaigns WordPress : blog, news, optimisation UX Content : rédaction, newsletters, designs Canva Réseaux sociaux : stratégie, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn Partenariats : influenceurs, podcasters Analytics : reporting KPI, optimisation continue Vos compétences Compétences Requises ✅ 2-5 ans minimum d'expérience en communication digitale ou marketing digital (agence ou in-house) Maîtrise avancée de : SEO / SEM (Google Ads, audit technique SEO) HubSpot ou autre plateforme CRM/marketing automation WordPress (administration, plugins, optimisation) Outils de design : Canva (essentiel), idéalement Figma ou Adobe Réseaux sociaux : stratégie, community management, analytics Compétences techniques : HTML/CSS de base (souhaité mais pas obligatoire) Google Analytics 4 Outils Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Studio) Gestion fichiers/collaboration (Drive, Notion,...)
