The EPR Program Manager role will challenge you to push boundaries and lead transformative innovation while having the autonomy to make rapid data-driven decisions and invent on behalf of Operators (operation Basic qualifications: - Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements - Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership - 5+ years of program or project management experience specific on Environment /Extended Producer Responsibility reporting. - Bachelor's degree in environmental engineering or sustainability Preferred: - Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization - 3+ years of driving environmental process improvements experience - Master's degree in environmental science or sustainability or prior experience in Central Pollution Control Board - Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.) - Experience in technical writing in a relevant field.
