Warehouse Operations Manager, Devices Global Logistics

Amazon Devices represents one of our highest growth business units. This position provides an exciting opportunity to support Amazon Devices availability for consumers in the retailer stores across Japan. Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree - Experience in warehouse operations and logistics or equivalent - 4+ years of transportation and supply chain experience - Experience within e-commerce or Retail fields - Knowledge of and proficiency in Excel and SQL - Speak, write, and read fluently in Japanese - Speak, write, and read fluently in English, and have the ability to take direction in English Preferred: - Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects on tight deadlines - Experience leading teams and driving results through team members - 5+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience - Experience in managing multiple, competing priorities simultaneously - Experience owning end-to-end programs to drive results - Master's degree or PG diploma in Operations Management Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
