GSS Creative Studio combines creative and brand expertise with operational Basic qualifications: - Experience prioritizing and handling multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines - An online portfolio demonstrating strong visual design, Key Art, advertising or campaign work and the process behind it. - Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. - Strong skills in image composition, photo manipulation, retouching, typography, color and visual hierarchy. - Experience translating creative briefs and established direction into polished visual executions. - Strong attention to detail and commitment to creative and technical quality. - Effective communication, presentation and collaboration skills. Preferred: - Experience developing Key Art or entertainment advertising for film, television, streaming or sports. - Experience working with photography, unit stills, talent imagery and licensed visual assets. - Experience preparing creative comps for internal, stakeholder or talent review. - Understanding of entertainment brand guidelines, usage rights and asset limitations. - Familiarity with collaborative design tools such as Figma. - Familiarity with approved AI-assisted tools used for visual exploration, image development or retouching.
