Amazon Advertising is looking for a talented and passionate Visual Designer to join the creative service team based in Bangalore, India. At Amazon we always put the customer first, you need to have demonstrated Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree within last 12 months in graphic design, interactive design, or equivalent - Experience: 4+ years as a designer in a creative agency or similar creative production environment - AI Proficiency: Proficient in AI tools - Portfolio: A remarkable portfolio demonstrating excellence in composition and execution at the desired level (link included on resume) - Software Skills: Exceptional proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat) and Microsoft Office - Design Mastery: Color theory, typography, and graphics file creation optimized for digital media - Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail - Adaptability: Able to deal with ambiguity and multi-task - Time Management: Strong time management, team-oriented, able to meet tight deadlines - Self-Starter: Proactive, customer-obsessed, detail-oriented, enthusiastic team player - Environment: Ability to work with highly technical teams and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment - Communication: Strong communication and collaborative skills - Language: Fluent in English (written and verbal) Preferred: - Visual design / hands-on design professional with expert knowledge in advanced Photoshop and After Effects - Relentless desire for innovation, balanced with business and advertisers' priorities, desire for innovation and user interaction - Experience defining or maintaining design style guides - Unwavering attention to detail and an acute awareness that everything counts - Expert understanding of graphics creation and manipulation optimized for palette, size, and speed of download - Proven ability to work for multiple teams across a broad range of products, synthesize feedback and input from product teams, copywriters, and marketers - Motion graphics and video editing skills Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
