Visual Designer, Brand Innovation Lab

Amazon's Brand Innovation Lab is looking for a skilled, customer-obsessed Visual Designer to craft brand-focused digital and visual experiences across Amazon's owned properties, devices, and external platforms.As Basic qualifications: - Experience in digital design, brand, or advertising environments - Proficiency in design tools (Adobe CC, Figma) and digital production workflows - Demonstrated ability to execute creative projects from concept through delivery - Strong communication skills — able to present work clearly to stakeholders and incorporate feedback - Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams Preferred: - Strong visual craft — translates ideas into compelling digital experiences across formats and platforms - Hands-on in Webflow and GenAI — prototypes, builds, and iterates efficiently using emerging technologies - Motion design and art direction — directs video, animation, and interactive work in close collaboration with editors, designers, and developers - Grounded in digital advertising, brand, and technology — connects creative ideas to marketing objectives and customer behavior; working knowledge of Amazon Ads and programmatic ecosystems - Cross-functional and cross-timezone collaborator — partners effectively with strategists, designers, technologists, and producers from concept through delivery Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
