Venue Production Manager, Event Productions

The Venue Production Manager leads a team of production professionals who deliver events for the AMER Event Productions team. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside company’s leadership, directing Basic qualifications: - 5+ years of developing a team of technical professionals across multiple locations experience - Bachelor's degree, or 4+ years of professional or military experience - Ability to adjust work schedule to business needs, including occasional travel - 3+ years project or program management experience - 5+ years employee people management experience - 5+ years planning and managing event production operations. - Experience with production booking - Experience with operational budget management - Demonstrated ability to manage complex calendaring systems and databases, including related metrics - Demonstrated experience with production management - Familiarity with industry best practices and emerging technologies Preferred: - Knowledge of hardware architectures - Experience with system management tools and client/server environments - Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization - Experience with analytical tools and ability to dive deep into metrics and reporting - Experience in guiding, training and mentoring others, or experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities - Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and MS Office Suite. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
