At its core, WWGS Private Basic qualifications: - 5+ years of retail, operations, product or program management, or business management/consulting with negotiations and delivering results experience - Bachelor's degree, or 3+ years of professional or military experience - 3+ years of Experience in vendor negotiations, pricing and promotion, inventory management, and product development in a dynamic environment - Experience using data to influence business decisions - Experience in financial modeling, P&L management or analysis, or experience with advanced use of SQL for data mining and business intelligence - Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects on tight deadlines - Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English & Japanese), with experience negotiating and engaging stakeholders across multiple business units and senior management (Japanese: Native, English: Business level required) Preferred: - Experience managing large data sets and utilizing to drive performance and process improvements - Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams - 3+ years of grocery leadership, or 6+ years of customer-facing retail, hospitality, or grocery industry experience Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
