おもちゃ＆ホビー事業部は、国内・海外メーカー（バンダイ・タカラトミー・LEGOなど）の玩具商材（ブロック、知育玩具、ディズニー・ポケモン・仮面ライダーなどのキャラクター玩具、アナログゲーム・トレーディングカード、季節性玩具、ぬいぐるみなど）や、ホビー商材（プラモデル、ラジコン、フィギュア、映画・アニメグッズ、食玩、手芸・画材商材など）といった、夢のある楽しい商材を取り扱う事業部です。このポジションでは、Toysの複数カテゴリー（玩具、フィギュア、食玩、トレーディングカードなど）のいずれかを担当いただくとともに、事業部を横断するFranchise Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field - 7+ years of work experience - Experience in vendor management - Experience managing cross-functional projects and initiatives - Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations - Speak, write, and read fluently in Japanese - Experience in Business English skills, both verbal and written Preferred: - Knowledge of finance, accounting, business or related field focused on analytics - Industry experience: buying, merchandising, vendor management, or sales experience in retail, e-commerce, or manufacturing - Category knowledge: product knowledge and market segment understanding in the toys and hobbies space Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
