Vendor Manager, Amazon Fresh

職務概要このポジションは、食品、日用品商材を中心に担当し、担当カテゴリーの戦略構築、新製品や季節に応じた品揃えの最適化、商品企画開発、売上・利益の最大化を目指します。また、お客様の利便性および満足度の向上にも責任を負い、効率的なオペレーションを追求します。これらを達成するために、戦略に基づく最適な商品仕入れを行うとともに、ウェブを活用した販売計画の策定、旬のアイテムの販売促進・宣伝（ブランディング）を企画・実行します。事業の方針に基づき、担当業務を自立的に行います。 Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree, or Bachelor's degree or above - 3+ years of with Excel experience, or Bachelor's degree - 4+ years of retail, operations, product or program management, or business management/consulting with negotiations and delivering results experience, or Bachelor's degree - Experience with financial analysis and P&L ownership - Speak, write, and read fluently in Japanese at a business level or above (N1+) Preferred: - Experience managing large data sets and utilizing to drive performance and process improvements - Experience in vendor negotiations, pricing and promotion, inventory management, and product development - Experience using English communication skills, both written and verbal, to foster seamless interaction with stakeholders at all levels Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
