We’re looking for a UX Designer to join the éShop Innovation team, a multidisciplinary group of Design Technologists and UX Designers shaping the next generation of Premium and Luxury shopping experiences. Basic qualifications: - 5+ years of delivering design solutions as a UX designer or interaction designer experience - Experience designing and prototyping with tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar - Knowledge of usability principles and techniques - Have an online portfolio or samples of work on resume, demonstrating experience creating great end-to-end, user-centered design solutions and patterns, across desktop and mobile devices - Experience in mass-market consumer web / mobile products - Experience in visual design expertise demonstrated through mockups and style guides - Bachelor's degree - Expertise in AI tools and AI-assisted design methodologies Preferred: - Experience shipping innovative, successful consumer products - Experience working in international cross-functional teams - Bachelor's degree or above in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or Master's degree - Usage of generative AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency, with a willingness to learn effective prompting and evaluation practices. - Ability to recognize opportunities where generative AI could enhance products, workflows, or customer experiences. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
