UX Designer, Amazon Delivery Customer Experience

Amazon's Customer Experiences team (ADX CX) is seeking our next Senior UX Designer to build on Basic qualifications: - 3+ years of design experience - * Have an available online portfolio - * Experience defining and maintaining design patterns and UX standards - * Experience with best practices for User Interface Design, Information Architecture, and Interaction Design - * Experience in life cycle design projects from design strategy through execution - * Knowledge of best practices for information architecture and interaction design, user-centered design process - * Experience designing and prototyping with tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar - * Experience designing and managing workflow with AI tools Preferred: - * Experience designing customer facing retail products - * Experience acquiring user data (e.g., conducting usability studies, performing user research) and creating personas and journey maps - * Experience presenting designs and collaborating with all levels of the organization - * Experience providing and effectively communicating strategic and tactical recommendations based on data Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
