Network Operations Center (NOC) – OverviewThe Network Operations Center (NOC) serves as the central command and control hub for Transportation Execution across Amazon's Supply Chain network, spanning multiple Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in any discipline - 12–24 months of relevant work experience - Strong communication skills — both verbal and written — with the ability to facilitate seamless information flow between external and internal stakeholders - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs - Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Preferred: - Bachelor's degree with strong academic foundation - Sound logical and analytical thinking skills - Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple cross-functional teams Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
