輸送運用管理チーム, リーダー / Transportation Operation Management Team, Leader, ATS ROC

Amazon Transportation Services（ATS）は、お客様にお約束したお届け日を正確に守るため、日本全国の輸送ネットワークを統括する部門です。ATSの重要な組織のひとつがRelay Operation Center（ROC）です。ROCは24時間365日体制で輸送ネットワークを管理し、オペレーションをサポートしています。ROCは複数の専門チームで構成されており、それぞれが輸送ネットワークの異なる側面を担当しています。その中でも、物流倉庫・配送拠点のオペレーション品質と効率性を直接支えるのが、Transportation Basic qualifications: - High school or equivalent diploma - Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.) - Experience managing large data sets and utilizing to drive performance and process improvements - Speak, write, and read fluently in Japanese at a business level or above (N1+) Preferred: - 1+ years of program management, logistics, operations, supply chain, transportation, or equivalent experience - 1+ years of management experience - Bachelor's degree - Experience in English-language communication skills, both written and verbal Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
