輸送運用管理プログラムマネージャー/Transportation Operation Management Program Manager, ATS ROC

Amazon Transportation Services（ATS）は、お客様にお約束したお届け日を正確に守るため、日本全国の輸送ネットワークを統括する部門です。 ATSの重要な組織のひとつがRelay Operation Center（ROC）です。ROCは24時間365日体制で輸送ネットワークを管理し、オペレーションをサポートしています。 ROCは複数の専門チームで構成されており、それぞれが輸送ネットワークの異なる側面を担当しています。その中でも、物流倉庫・配送拠点のオペレーション品質と効率性を直接支えるのが、Transportation Basic qualifications: - Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, SharePoint and PowerPoint - Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement - Speak, write, and read fluently in Japanese at a business level or above (N1+) - Experience in oral and written communication in English Preferred: - Experience with ETL - Knowledge of database systems and SQL - Experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, import/export operations, or data entry/data administration - Experience in team management and building (including coaching and mentoring) - Experience prioritizing and handling multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines, or experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company - Experience working in a collaborative team environment to deliver high-quality design solutions Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
