Are you passionate about languages and translation? Are you motivated to have a direct impact on customers around the world? Do you have linguistic background and love for continuous improvement and finding Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree - Experience in a fast paced, dynamic organization - 4+ years of team leadership experience, or Master's degree - Experience working effectively across cross-functional teams and partnering well with people at all levels within an organization - Speak, write, and read fluently in English, and have the ability to take direction in English - - Strong understanding of translation technologies, AI-driven translation tools, and CAT (Computer-Assisted Translation) systems. Preferred: - Experience with localization processes and tools - Experience working effectively with science, data processing, and software engineering teams - Experience participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results, or experience in creating process improvements with automation and analysis - In-depth knowledge of AI technologies, prompting techniques, and their application in the translation and localization industry. - Experience with neural machine translation (NMT) and large language models (LLMs). - Proficiency in multiple languages.
