Training Specialist, Relay Operation Centre

To meet the growth and scale of the ROC teams around the globe, the ROC Training team is looking to hire a Training Specialist. If you have strong organizational skills, can work independently and make Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent - Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or experience in written and oral communication, including the ability to communicate with all levels in the organization (technical, business, executive) - Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements - 3+ years of training domain experience - Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and basic SQL Preferred: - Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization - Experience in project management including resource planning, managing schedules, reporting project status and prioritizing tasks - Experience handling confidential information and maintaining professionalism in dealing with senior executives, or experience completing complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance and react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround - Experience focused on Adult Learning Theory, including 1) virtual training facilitation and dealing with remote teams, and 2) delivering Soft Skills, Technology Skills and/or Technical or other Systems training, or experience in facilitating - Experience prioritizing and handling multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines, or experience with end-to-end project management - A fast-thinking, high-energy individual with ability to work with a wide range of personalities will thrive in this role Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
