From Amazon.com to world class machine learning pipelines, from digital healthcare to no-checkout retail, we push Basic qualifications: - 3+ years of technical product or program management experience - 3+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience - Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules - Experience using data and metrics to back up assumptions, evaluate outcomes, and make data-driven decisions - BS degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related technical discipline; or 4+ years' equivalent technology experience. - 5+ years of Technical Program Management (TPM) experience delivering cross-functional technical projects in a fast-paced environment. - Experience with technical frameworks such as software development lifecycles, threat modeling methodologies, or cloud security principles. Preferred: - 2+ years of software development experience - 3+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience - Knowledge of project management tools - Experience with cross-functional collaboration across engineering, product, and security teams to deliver scalable solutions. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
