アマゾンジャパン オペレーションズ部門では急速な事業拡大の中で、お客様の利便性を追求し“ほしい物がすぐ届くサービス”を実現してきました。そのサービスを支える重要なチームの１つExternal Fulfillment（以下EF）部門では、外部の物流パートナーの協力のもと、自社の物流拠点にはない商材の取り扱いや急激な需要の変化にスピーディーに対応することで、セレクションの拡大を追求し、お客様の購買体験の向上に貢献しています。本ポジションは、倉庫管理システム（以下WMS)の新規機能追加・改善のプロジェクトを通じて、物流の生産性や品質の改善に取り組んで頂きます。新規機能追加・改善のプロジェクトでは、海 Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent - 3+ years of direct people management, including managing managers or senior individual contributors experience - Experience in Business English and Japanese skills, both verbal and written Preferred: - Experience in customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing - Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities, or experience in software development - Experience within a distribution center, logistics, or manufacturing environment - Experience of supply chain management (e.g. logistics, inventory turn management, forecasting, operations) experience Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
