Technical Program Manager, Customer Logistics Security

Customer Logistics Security (CLS) protects the physical and digital infrastructure that moves every Amazon package. We are looking for a Technical Program Manager to drive security program execution across Basic qualifications: - Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules - 3+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience - 3+ years of technical product or program management experience Preferred: - Experience with programming/scripting (Batch, VB, PowerShell, Java, C#, Chef, Perl, Ruby and/or PHP), or experience in Database like NoSQL and experience managing full application stacks from the OS up through custom applications - Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification - Experience in a logistics/operations environment - Experience in security, infrastructure, or operational technology domains - Experience managing programs with external stakeholders or partner organizations - Experience with risk-based prioritization and trade-off analysis - Familiarity with industrial control systems, network security, or physical security environments - Experience writing narratives or program documents for senior leadership audiences Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
