Technical Program Manager, Availability Serviceability Team

The AWS Data Center Availability Serviceability team works with hundreds of AWS data centers globally to deliver the highest quality and lowest cost availability, capacity, and scaling results for our Basic qualifications: - 3+ years of technical product or program management experience - 3+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience - Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules - 2+ years of analytical, quantitative, communication, and presentations experience - 2+ years of experience with bill of materials, spare parts management, or enterprise asset management (CMMS/PLM) systems Preferred: - Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, Pivot Tables, SQL, Tableau, etc. - Knowledge of data center infrastructure design, operations, or delivery - Experience working closely with development and business teams to communicate problem impacts and to understand business requirements - Experience interpreting technical or engineering documentation such as drawings, parts lists, vendor manuals, or specifications - Experience operating or managing AI/ML-assisted tools, automation pipelines, or data engineering workflows - Experience working with vendor technical teams or OEM partners Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
