Tech Recruiting Manager, Global Strategic Sourcing

To get there, we need exceptionally talented, bright, and driven people.Would you like to be a central part of a recruiting team Basic qualifications: - 3+ years of business analytics and reporting or demand forecasting experience - 4+ years of Recruiting, HR or operations experience - Knowledge of recruiting media such as job postings, job site aggregators, ATS and job distribution tools - Experience partnering with senior leaders to deliver results - Experience working with recruiting tools and systems, including resume databases, internet sourcing tools, and spreadsheets - Bachelor's degree or equivalent Preferred: - Experience building, managing and coaching a team in a high-growth environment - Experience driving process optimization within a recruiting or equivalent environment - Experience in recruiting operations leadership within a high growth tech company or high-volume RPO organization Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
