Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field and seven years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a related occupation as equivalent to the Master’s Degree and five years of experience. Must have three years of experience in the following skill(s): (1) Oracle Primavera P6; (2) project scheduling methodologies in mission-critical construction projects; (3) scheduling methodologies such as Critical Path Method (CPM), Earned Value Management (EVM), Pull Planning, Rolling Wave Planning/Scheduling, Integrated Master Schedule Development and Management; (4) knowledge of scheduling technical details such as constraint, lead/lag, logic ties relationships (Finish-Start, Start-Start, Finish-Finish, and Start-Finish), and free/total float; (5) performing Time Impact Analysis (TIA), "what-if" analysis, and forensic schedule delay analysis for claims mitigation; (6) interpreting multi-discipline construction documents; (7) understanding of building codes (Life Safety, BOCA, NFPA, NEC, and OSHA); and (8) tracking construction progress through scheduling submissions from contractors.
