Must have three years of experience in the following skills: (1) construction cost control, with specific knowledge of electrical, mechanical or ASC cost elements; (2) experience in construction management of large projects involving data centers or other mission critical construction environments; (3) reviewing and justifying budgets and using estimating software including CostX, Cubit, Onscreen takeoff, Timberline, and Bluebeam; (4) performing complex data analysis to identify and quantify engineering opportunities and communicating strategies to management including construction and non-construction professionals; and (5) general contractor and vendor management, including request for proposals, bidding, change orders, quality control, and RFI/submittal tracking.
