Engage Basic qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field followed by 5 years of progressively responsible post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a related occupation. In the alternative, employer will accept a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Experience must include 2 years in each of the following: 1) Construction cost control, with specific knowledge of electrical, mechanical or ASC cost elements. 2) Data Center or other mission critical construction environments 3) Construction management 4) Reviewing and justifying budgets 5) Communicating estimate strategy to construction and nonconstruction professionals 6) Experience with estimating software such as CostX, Cubit, Onscreen takeoff, Timberline and Bluebeam, as well as an MS Office Suite 'power user’.
