Tech Infra Program Manager, Non-Standard Infrastructure Delivery (NSID)

We support all AWS data centers Basic qualifications: - 3+ years of technical infrastructure management experience - 3+ years of data center or network capacity planning, data center or network infrastructure program/project management, or related technical experience - Experience identifying, mitigating, and managing business risks and tradeoffs - 3+ years managing complex, cross-functional infrastructure build programs where strategy and deployment plans were not fully defined, requiring the ability to independently drive clarity, define scope, and deliver outcomes with limited guidance. - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field (or equivalent technical experience), with demonstrated ability to evaluate whether a technical design fits a given deployment scenario and to identify when deployment issues stem from underlying design gaps, particularly in environments with high variability and incomplete requirements Preferred: - Experience with analytical tools and ability to dive deep into metrics and reporting - 4+ years of data center or mission critical facilities (example: hospital, military facility, public safety facility, etc.), or 3+ years of construction or project management experience - Knowledge of AWS Infrastructure - Experience building launch readiness frameworks, standard work, playbooks, and scalable deployment mechanisms across multiple concurrent sites, or experience communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
