The Team Manager will manage a team of quality service associates. Being first point of contact to plan and manage test execution for a set of components / product and responsible for timely delivery. Basic qualifications: - Knowledge of CSV, JSON, Markdown or python - Knowledge of machine learning models - Bachelor's degree or equivalent - 2+ years of people management leading teams of 20 experience, or experience in problem solving and delivering results - 2+ years of quality assurance engineering experience, or BS degree in engineering, statistics, computer science, operations research, business analytics, information systems or equivalent - Knowledge of Excel skills to be able to refine data and prepare business reports - Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or experience in written and oral communication, including the ability to communicate with all levels in the organization (technical, business, executive) - Experience building strategic relationships with stakeholders, including communicating and collaborating across teams and functions - Experience prioritizing and delivering projects on time in a fast-moving environment Preferred: - Experience managing project delivery - Experience in quality assurance/testing/mobile industry/internet of things (IoT) - Familiarity with QA/testing concepts (test execution, defect tracking, release validation) Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
