Tax Manager, Foreign Tax Reporting and Compliance

Join us in Warsaw as a Tax Basic qualifications: - Experience a compliance focused tax role in a multinational and/or professional organization - Experience with accounting concepts and tax regulations, laws and standards - Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization - Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field - Speak, write, and read fluently in Polish - Strong tax operational background with a track record of managing complex, multi-jurisdiction compliance portfolios Preferred: - Master's degree - Polish Certified Tax Advisor (Doradca Podatkowy) - Technical aptitude to independently build and maintain solutions — not only to identify what needs to be done, but to design and implement it; comfortable working at the intersection of tax and technology Amazon is an equal opportunities employer. The base salary listed corresponds to working on a full-time basis. For part-time hours, the salary will be pro-rated. Amazon reserves the right to offer a higher base salary, depending on the candidate's skills, competencies, and experience. Amazon's package may include a sign on payment. In addition, the candidate may be eligible to participate in a restricted stock unit scheme operated independently by Amazon.com Inc. in USA. Your recruiting team will share final salary and any restricted stock unit scheme if applicable, depending on skills and requirements.
