Are you passionate about display subsystems and kernel-level graphics frameworks that power millions of consumer devices? Join our team to work at the core of the Linux display stack, driving DRM/KMS framework Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, computer engineering, or related field - Experience in automating, deploying, and supporting infrastructure - Experience with Linux/Unix - Hands-on experience with DRM/KMS framework including CRTC configuration, plane management, connector setup, and atomic modesetting Preferred: - Experience with CI/CD pipelines build processes - Working knowledge of V4L2 driver framework for video and display pipeline integration - Understanding of HDR/SDR conversion formats and color space management including HDR10, HLG, and tone mapping concepts - Understanding of display color depth configurations across 8-bit, 10-bit, and 12-bit pipelines including pixel format negotiation and dithering - Familiarity with bootsplash enablement and early kernel framebuffer initialization through kernel hand-off to userspace display stack - Minimum 1 year of experience with Linux kernel display subsystem or embedded display driver development Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
