ROC OverviewRelay Operations Center (ROC) is the central command and control center for ‘Transportation Execution’ across the Amazon Supply Chain network supporting multiple geographies like NA, India Basic qualifications: - 2+ years of program or project management experience - 1+ years of supply chain experience - Experience working with customers with a passion for delivering exceptional service, or experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities and experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems - Experience in a 24x7 operational services or support environment - Experience with tools/systems to analyze data including Excel, Access, SQL or other data management systems - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/related discipline with 2-4 years of work experience Preferred: - Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology - Experience in MS Access and SQL - Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document - Master's degree or above in relevant field of operations - Knowledge of analytics & statistical tools such as SAS, PowerBI, SQL & ETL DW concepts - Logistics/transportation background and lean/six sigma training is a plus Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
