We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and execution-focused L3 Associate to own and drive end-to-end launch management and supply chain readiness across key workstreams, including forecasting, Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree - Speak, write, and read fluently in English - Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications - Experience with Excel - 2+ years of customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing experience Preferred: - Relevant experience in supply chain operations, project coordination, launch management, deployment, or process implementation. - Strong program coordination, planning, and execution skills. - Ability to manage multiple workstreams, timelines, and dependencies simultaneously. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management capabilities. - Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools; experience with dashboards or project tracking tools is preferred. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and drive closure on deliverables with minimal supervision.
