Subject Matter Expert at Amazon work on manual testing for the applications and product at the user level. They will perform audit on the work done by the Device Associates. SMEs also triage the bugs created Basic qualifications: - 1+ years of quality assurance testing experience - Bachelor's degree, or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, analytics, mathematics, statistics, IT or equivalent - 1+ years of quality assurance engineering experience, or Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent - Knowledge of QA methodology and tools, with demonstrated experience in an QAE role - Experience understanding product and technical requirements and interfacing with Product/Technology teams Preferred: - 1+ years of quality assurance engineering experience, or Bachelor's degree within last 12 months in computer science, computer engineering, or related field - Experience identifying and reviewing test plans, test cases and testing results with a strong QA background - Ability to understand technical specifications Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
