The Studio Manager is the dedicated operational leader of Studio126 Tokyo, owning the end-to-end execution of daily studio operations and continuous improvement. This role ensures the studio runs as a Basic qualifications: - 3+ years of program or project management experience - Speak, write, and read fluently in English - Speak, write, and read fluently in Japanese - 2+ years of stakeholder management experience - Experience in vendor management - 5+ years of experience in studio operations, production management, facilities management, or a related operational field - Experience with data tracking and reporting tools (e.g., Salesforce, Excel, or similar platforms) Preferred: - Experience working in a content production or creative studio environment - Experience operating in the Japan market or within a multinational organization - Demonstrated ability to build mechanisms and drive operational improvements in ambiguous environments Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
