Structural Analysis Engineer, Structural Integrity and Analysis

From individual households to Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent - 4+ years of experience with aircraft, spacecraft, or launch vehicle structures; - Vehicle load path definition, development of freebody diagrams and, strength analysis (metallic and/or composite structures); - Analysis of stability critical structures; - Experience in development of analysis tools and processes; - Experience in System Finite Element Model (FEM) Management; - Experience with one or more of the following Finite Element Analysis codes: Femap, Nastran, Ansys - Experience in dynamic structural analysis and test methods; Preferred: - Experience in the design of complex mechanical products and equipment at volume - Master's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent - Experience with prototyping and implementation - CAD experience - Siemens NX or equivalent Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
