アマゾンでは、“地球上で最もお客様を大切にする企業になること”というミッションの元に日々改善と改革が行われており、現在ではグローバル・リーディングカンパニ—としての地位を確立しています。 本ポジションは、アマゾンの物流プロセスにおいて重要な役割を担う配送拠点インバウンドクロスドック（以下IXD）で、もっとも重視されている「安全」をLeadしていただきます。各部門と連携しながら、安全文化の創造やIXDの安全活動をLeadし、お客様一人一人に確実に商品をお届けすることに貢献していただきます。Workplace Basic qualifications: - ビジネスレベルの日本語力 (ビジネスドキュメント作成・読解、会議運営が出来るレベル） - 初級レベル以上の英語力 - 現場での安全指導と安全対策導入経験（業界・部署は問いません） - スタッフの指導やチームリーダーのご経験を3年以上 - 下記いずれかのご経験: - 現場でのオペレーション管理や業務改善をリードしたご経験を3年以上 - 安全管理またはEHSに類する業務経験（業種・部署は問いません） Preferred: - English proficiency at conversational level or above - Any of the following certifications: Hazardous Materials Handler (Class A or Class B-4), Class 1 Health Supervisor, Safety Manager, or Class A Fire Prevention Manager - Management system audit experience (as auditor or auditee; safety-related audits preferred) - Knowledge of domestic safety-related legislation (Industrial Safety and Health Act, Labor Standards Act, Fire Service Act) - Project or program management experience - Experience implementing or maintaining ISO 18001/45001 or Transport Safety Management systems - 日常会話レベル以上の英語力 - 危険物(甲種または乙四類)、第一種衛生管理者、安全管理者、甲種防火管理者の資格 - マネジメントシステム監査経験（監査・被監査は問わず。安全関連であれば尚可） - 国内安全関連の法律に関しての知識(労働安全衛生法、労働基準法、消防法) - プロジェクトまたはプログラムマネジメントのご経験 - ISO18001/45001、運輸安全マネジメントの導入または維持経験 Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
