このポジションは、担当商品カテゴリーの品揃えの最適化、売上・利益の最大化を目指します。また、お客様の利便性および満足度の向上にも責任を負い、効率的なオペレーションを追求します。これらを達成するために、戦略に基づく最適な商品仕入れを行うとともに、E-commerceを活用した販売計画の策定、商品の販売促進・宣伝（ブランディング）を企画・実行します。事業責任者の方針の下で、担当業務を自立的に行い、完遂します。ピープルマネジャーは、部下をもち、指導・育成を行い、チームとしての成果を出すことが求められます。部下をもたない場合も、後輩・新規入社者の指導・育成にあたります。このポジションは担当事業部に属し Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree, or 5+ years of professional or military experience - 5+ years of account management, project/program management, business management or buying experience - Experience using data analysis and analytical skills to influence business decisions - Experience driving internal cross-team collaboration - Language skills: Business English, Fluent Japanese Preferred: - Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams - MBA - Experience negotiating with internal and external stakeholder Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
