Amazon Operations Infrastructure Solutions (OIS) is seeking an experienced Sr Technical Infrastructure Program Manager (TIPM) for our team. Amazon teams and systems create a complex ecosystem with coordination Basic qualifications: - 5+ years of program management or technical project management experience - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related technical field - Experience in project/program management - Knowledge of information technology infrastructure domains such as compute server platforms, storage server platforms, server components, network devices, technologies and architectures, IT service delivery principles and best practices - Experience managing conflict, escalations, negotiating compromise, influencing others and problem solving with engineering teams - Experience participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results, or experience communicating results to senior leadership - Experience communicating across technical and non-technical audiences, including executive level stakeholders or clients - Experience managing large-scale projects from end to end Preferred: - Experience in one or more of the following areas: data center or network capacity planning, data center or network infrastructure program/project management, or related technical fields - project management certification (e.g., APM, CSM, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2) - Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership - Experience in core project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk management, and critical path management Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
