Amazon Shopping Videos (ASV) is a fast-growing business focused on enabling customers to find inspiration, information, entertainment, and community through video content at any point in their shopping Basic qualifications: - 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience - 5+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience - Bachelor's degree - Knowledge of publisher ad tech stacks and/or advertising technology - Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level - Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules - Speak, write, and read fluently in Japanese - Experience in Business English skills, both verbal and written Preferred: - Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations - Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements - Experience in the regional retail and wholesale landscape with prior interactions with sellers and distributors, or experience in e-commerce, retail or advertising - Experience with digital technologies, consumer products, media, and e-commerce Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
