Sr Technical Business Developer, Structures

As a Senior Technical Business Developer, you will serve as a key individual contributor and subject matter expert for capital equipment sourcing, contract negotiations, and supplier management. You will Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field - 6+ years of experience in supply chain management, strategic sourcing, or procurement in an industrial automation, or similar technical environment - Experience managing CAPEX procurement programs and vendor portfolios for complex environments, including equipment, automation, and tooling - Experience leading contract negotiations with OEMs, equipment manufacturers, or construction contractors for agreements of significant value - Experience developing sourcing strategies, procurement frameworks, or standard operating procedures - Technical background or demonstrated experience in automation or new product introduction Preferred: - MBA, or Master's degree in supply chain management, operations, engineering, analytics or related field - Experience in automation, semiconductors, high-tech, or similar industries - Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) - Six Sigma, Lean, or other continuous improvement certifications - Experience managing significant CAPEX budgets with demonstrated cost optimization results - Experience mentoring or guiding cross-functional teams in a technical product development environment - Ability to influence leadership on strategic sourcing and investment decisions Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
