Answer yes to any of these Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in supply chain management, engineering, business management or other relevant field - 7+ years in maintenance, engineering, or launch readiness—building scalable frameworks, playbooks, and deployment mechanisms across multiple concurrent sites - 5+ years leading large-scale technical programs with proven thought leadership, business case development, and successful delivery - Strong project management skills: resource planning, scheduling, prioritization, cross-functional coordination, and managing multiple complex workstreams simultaneously - Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or warehouse environments - Proficiency with project management tools - Willingness to travel up to 30% Preferred: - Project Management Professional (PMP) certification - 10+ years of experience with technical project portfolio management. - Strong oral and written communication skills in English. - Understanding of Robotic, Construction, IT, Material Handling Equipment (MHE) infrastructure and service concepts. - Experience launching facilities with robotics automation in retail, distribution, logistics or similar. - Large scale Technical project implementation experience. - Experience working with Global (distributed, virtual) teams preferred. - Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
