From households to small businesses, Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent - 5+ years of technical product or program management experience - Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules - 3+ years of integration, testing and automation experience - Experience leading highly technical programs involving infrastructure, complex systems, systems engineering Preferred: - Experience working with large global teams - Experience building cross-functional partnerships and influencing stakeholders across the organization to act without having a direct reporting relationship - 1+ years of leading development of applications backed by AWS services or using other cloud based technologies and services experience - Experience in networking, cloud, or connectivity infrastructure - Background in customer success, professional services, or post-sales operations - AI tool proficiency Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
