Amazon Health Services is looking for a Senior System Analyst to operationalize the financial engine that powers healthcare billing. You will translate Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree - Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or a highly analytical field (e.g., Engineering, Math, and Computer Science), or experience with SQL - Experience with documenting accounting conclusions, or experience communicating complex information and solutions to senior stakeholders and influencing decisions - 5+ years of experience in system analysis, business analysis, or technical configurations — with a focus on translating business requirements into functional specifications Preferred: - Experience in creating process improvements with automation and analysis, or experience working in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment - Experience working with configurable systems (billing platforms, rules engines, or similar) - Familiarity with healthcare billing standards (CPT/ICD coding, fee schedules, payer adjudication rules) Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status.
