Sr. Sustainability Strategy Manager, Studios Strategy and Operations

Amazon MGM Studios is seeking a Sr. Sustainability Strategy Manager to lead long-term sustainability planning and investment strategy while delivering operational excellence across our global production Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, Business, or related field - 6+ years of experience in program management, strategy, or related fields within media, entertainment, tech, or sustainability fields - Strong analytical skills with experience conducting cost-benefit analyses and ROI assessments - Proven ability to influence senior leadership and drive organizational change - Experience with data analysis tools and creating executive-level presentations - Knowledge of carbon accounting, life cycle assessment, and sustainability metrics Preferred: - Experience in film, television, or entertainment production environments - Knowledge of sustainable production practices, green building standards (LEED, BREEAM), and net zero carbon strategies - Familiarity with renewable energy systems, battery technology, electric vehicle infrastructure, and low-carbon materials - Experience with pilot programs, technology trials, and scaling innovation initiatives Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
