Sr. Supplier Quality Engineer, Infrastructure Reliability & Quality

Amazon Web Services Infrastructure Reliability & Quality (IRQ) engineering team provides engineering support for our data center infrastructure mechanical and electrical equipment (Air Handling Unit, Switchgear, Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field - Experience in root cause analysis and troubleshooting or problem solving - Experience working with equipment suppliers, laboratories and manufacturing plants - Experience in gathering test requirements to create detailed test plans and defining quality metrics to measure product quality Preferred: - Master's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field - Experience in data center engineering or operations - Experience in manufacturing, process, or industrial engineering - Experience with process improvement, Kaizan, and Six Sigma, or experience in creating process improvements with automation and analysis - Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, Pivot Tables, SQL, Tableau, etc. - 6+ years of supply chain, forecasting, manufacturing, sourcing/procurement, or vendor management experience Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
