From the introduction of Amazon Prime, to the use of advanced technology for package delivery, Amazon consistently drives change Basic qualifications: - Speak, write, and read fluently in English at C1 level or above - Experience and strong technical background in relevant fields of automated or non-automated material handling equipment - Experience in technical leadership for industrial engineering projects or programs - Experience with program management spanning planning, execution and project delivery - Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Structural, Civil Engineering, Architecture (or country equivalent) Preferred: - Master's degree in engineering, mechanical, operations, supply chain, business administration, or equivalent STEM field - Experience in Lean Management, Six Sigma and other operations engineer tools - Experience with CAD software (AutoCAD, REVIT, BIM 360, etc.) - Experience in Logistics, Distribution or Fulfillment processes - Experience in managing cool chains, refrigeration equipment and installations, temperature-controlled environments - Additional language skills (French, German, Polish, Arabic, Portuguese, Turkish, Chinese (Mandarin), Afrikaans and Zulu ) are beneficial for cross-regional project coordination across EMEA Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
