Sr. Signal Integrity HDE, PCIe & Signal Integrity Team

AWS EC2 owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS server instances. In other words, we’re the people who keep the cloud running. We support all AWS compute, storage, accelerator servers Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or above in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or equivalent - 5+ years of experience performing signal integrity analysis and optimizing high-speed PCB designs for signal integrity. - 10+ years of experience designing complex electrical products at volume. - Experience in high-speed interface design (DDR, PCIe, USB, etc.) with emphasis on signal integrity. - Experience with PCB design tools (Allegro, CAM350, or equivalent) and demonstrated ability to perform detailed PCB reviews. - Experience with signal integrity simulation tools (Ansys, Cadence Sigrity, or similar). Preferred: - Master's degree or above in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or equivalent - Experience in server design for cloud or enterprise applications. - Experience in Power Integrity analysis and optimization, including thermal considerations. - Experience in designing complex high-speed PCB design, optimizing multi-layer PCB stack-up and routing for high-speed interfaces. - Experience in board root cause analysis and resolution, particularly focusing on signal integrity issues. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
