Sr. Shipper Experience Manager, Amazon Shipping

Amazon Shipping is building the future of parcel delivery for businesses across the EU. We pick up parcels directly from our shippers' facilities and deliver them to their end consumers using Amazon's Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or above in engineering, project management, operations, logistics, supply chain or related field - Experience in a senior customer-facing role - Experience dealing well with ambiguity, prioritizing needs, and delivering measurable results in an agile environment - Experience working with and influencing senior level stakeholders - Experience using data and metrics to influence senior leadership and drive organizational change - Experience producing executive-level written materials and presenting to executive audiences - Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities - Experience in program management, logistics, operations, supply chain, transportation, or a related field - Willingness to travel to shipper sites Preferred: - Experience in Amazon Operations, Central Flow, or other related supply chain teams - Experience writing business strategy documents and plans - Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing large, complicated programs - Experience coaching and mentoring at the management level - Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and process improvement methodologies - Experience in middle and/or last mile delivery or parcel logistics Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
