Sr. Risk Manager, SPS Internal Risk

We are seeking a Senior Risk Manager to lead execution and remediation for our global surveillance testing program. In this role, you will establish and scale surveillance frameworks, drive strategic process Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering (any domain), Operations, Business Administration, or a related field - 5+ years of program or project management experience - Experience delivering results for large, cross-functional initiatives/projects - Experience managing multiple projects, prioritizing, planning, and managing time - Experience communicating clearly and concisely with leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams - Experience working with data and leveraging analytics to make decisions - Experience with laboratory testing processes, testing methodologies, or quality control procedures Preferred: - Experience in retail, project management, supply chain, inventory management, sourcing, finance and/or consulting - Experience using Lean Process Improvement, Six Sigma methodologies or related performance metrics/process improvements to increase efficiency within processes, forecasting, planning, optimization, and logistics - Background working with third-party testing laboratories or expertise in testing protocols (microbiological, chemical, molecular) - Proven ability to establish governance frameworks and drive adoption of new processes across diverse stakeholder groups Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
